Dini has been a BAPRM member for the majority of her Mobility career.
Dini is currently the Senior Manager for Global Mobility HR (Americas Region) at Oracle. In her current position she manages the Americas employee mobility programs, working with HR and management in both the region and internationally. She plays an important role in driving Oracle’s mobility policies and processes worldwide in partnership with EMEA and APAC regions. Oracle, an enterprise software company headquartered in Redwood City, California employs nearly 75,000 professionals. Oracle provides a range of tools for managing business data, supporting business operations, and facilitating collaboration and application development. Oracle also offers business applications for data warehousing, customer relationship management, and supply chain management.
Prior to Oracle, Dini was a Relocation Client Manager for 2 years at Hewitt Mobility Services where she was responsible for supporting and enhancing the human resources and mobility strategies of a select portfolio of corporate clients. Before she tried on the supplier hat, she worked at Hewlett Packard for 10 years in international relocation and Roche (Syntex at the time) for 8 years in domestic relocation.
Overall, Dini has 2+ decades of mobility industry experience including domestic and international relocation program design and implementation as well as client relations and account management. She holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations. In addition to BAPRM Dini is also a member of WIPA (Western International Personnel Association) and ERC (Employee Relocation Council).
Dini was born, raised and still resides in the Bay Area, California where she currently lives with her partner, Dan Lucisano and is raising her three children, 2 boys ages 15 & 13 and a daughter age 7. She is expecting daughter #2 this June, 2008. Her interests include antiques, world travel and a really good cabernet (currently on hold until post-June!).
