Quin Harker has served in the relocation industry since joining S & M Moving Systems in 1996. He is responsible for client relationships and sales development for the domestic and international transportation services performed by his organization. Quin holds his CRP and GMS designations though Worldwide ERC as well as membership in ERC, BAPRM, and WIPA. Along with his wife Missy and 3 children, Hayden, Jack, and Will, Quin lives in Pleasanton, CA and spends his free time attending to the afore mentioned priorities along with a jog now and then.

Susan Bustamante is the Manager, Corporate Properties for Coldwell Banker Northern California. For eighteen of her twenty years with Coldwell Banker Susan has been a member of their Relocation Department located in San Ramon. She currently manages corporate relocation listings and previously as Client Services Manager, worked with corporate relocation buyers. She received her California Real Estate license in 1996 and holds both CRP and GMS designations. Susan was a member of BAPRM’s Mobility Conference Committees in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Susan was involved in the transportation industry, specifically intermodal transportation with Feather River Intermodal Services, and with Crown Zellerbach Corporation handled freight shipments while also managing household goods shipments for their relocating employees, nationally and internationally.

Vicki recently joined BAPRM. She is currently the Global Mobility Manager at Agilent Technologies. Agilent was spun off from Hewlett Packard in 1999 and has become the world’s premier measurement company. Agilent is headquartered in Santa Clara, California and employs 16,000 employees globally serving customers in 110 countries. Agilent employees work in close collaboration with engineers, scientists, and researchers around the globe to meet communications, electronics, life sciences, and chemical analysis challenges. Agilent recently acquired Varian to become an even stronger resource and partner to its customers. Agilent operates two primary businesses -- electronic and bio-analytical measurement -- supported by Agilent Research Laboratories, its central research group.
In her role as Global Mobility Manager Vicki leads a highly outsourced team responsible for Relocation, Immigration and Expat Tax programs globally at Agilent. Vicki and her team partner closely with Agilent HR, managers and employees as well as a diverse team of service providers to ensure Agilent has competitive, efficient and compliant mobility programs and practices.
Vicki has held various roles in HR since joining Agilent (formerly HP) over 18 years ago. Vicki was a Senior Consultant with Peterson Consulting prior to joining HP. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Beloit College with a BS in Psychology and Biochemistry. Vicki loves living in the Portland, Oregon area with her family.
