Accomplishments and Background:
David Platt began his career in sales and customer service for a leading telecommunications firm in Connecticut and joined Cartus in 1996. David relocated to Cartus’ Walnut Creek, CA office in 1998 and held the positions of client services consultant, senior client services consultant, and account executive overseeing both US domestic and international accounts. In 1994, he assumed management of key global accounts. In his current role as director of global account management, David specializes in the management of global teams and consults with clients on strategic planning and using available resources to meet the client’s goals. David has used his organizational skills to oversee several global account implementations. He has also traveled extensively in Europe and Asia to meet with clients, internal resource groups, and participate in international conferences.
Education
David is a graduate of Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, where he earned a BA in Business Administration and Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT where he earned an MBA degree. He also spent a semester in Maastricht, The Netherlands studying international business and marketing. He holds a CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation with the Employee Relocation Council and is a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management), Human Resources Association of the Treasure Valley (HRATV), and BAPRM (Bay Area Professionals in Relocation Management) organizations.

Patty Ginochio oversees client relationship management for Primacy’s Client
Services division, managing a portfolio of domestic and international accounts. She coordinates the implementation of newly signed accounts with the Director of Implementation and the Business Development, Expense Administration and
Operations sectors. Patty stays in constant contact with the Relocation Consultants, ensuring top-to-bottom consistency in program delivery. She also establishes client performance dashboard and account strategy plans while maintaining strong

Quin Harker has served in the relocation industry since joining S & M Moving Systems in 1996.   He is responsible for client relationships and sales development for the domestic and international transportation services performed by his organization.   Quin holds his CRP and GMS designations though Worldwide ERC as well as membership in ERC, BAPRM, and WIPA.   Along with his wife Missy and 3 children, Hayden, Jack, and Will, Quin lives in Pleasanton, CA and spends his free time attending to the afore mentioned priorities along with a jog now and then.

Ciela Lewis is a Regional Sales Manager for CitiMortgage covering the Western Region and is home based out of Southern California. She has been in the relocation industry for the past 10 years and has held positions in sales management, business development and account management. 
Ciela has been active with SCRC serving on the Board as Secretary, Vice President and President. She has also been active with BAPRM serving on the conference committee and on the Board as Service Provider at Large and Treasurer.

Susan Bustamante is the Manager, Corporate Properties for Coldwell Banker Northern California. For eighteen of her twenty years with Coldwell Banker Susan has been a member of their Relocation Department located in San Ramon. She currently manages corporate relocation listings and previously as Client Services Manager, worked with corporate relocation buyers. She received her California Real Estate license in 1996 and holds both CRP and GMS designations. Susan was a member of BAPRM’s Mobility Conference Committees in 2006, 2007 and 2008.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Susan was involved in the transportation industry, specifically intermodal transportation with Feather River Intermodal Services, and with Crown Zellerbach Corporation handled freight shipments while also managing household goods shipments for their relocating employees, nationally and internationally.

Susan holds her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley, with an additional two years at San Francisco State University towards her Master’s degree in Secondary Education.

As National Director of Client Development, Deb confers with corporations on their relocation policies, processes and specific needs. The cornerstone of Deb’s career is real estate where she was influenced early in her career by her parents. Her father was a home builder and her mother was an early innovator in the relocation industry. Deb’s experience covers everything from apartment management to working exclusively with transferees as a broker.

She is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS). In addition to a wealthy background in real estate, Deb has years of experience in marketing and sales management. She produced award winning programs, commercials and marketing campaigns and was recognized twice nationally for her leadership skills with a major communications company.

Deb has been an active member of the Bay Area Professionals in Relocation Management, serving on the Board since 2007 and was responsible for creating the new BAPRM website in 2008. She has also been involved with many professional organizations, boards, steering committees and advisory councils. She moved from Omaha to the northern edge of Santa Barbara County with her husband John and two sons, Zac and Christian in 2002.

As a corporate sales officer with Citi, Heather offers strategic solutions for U.S. funds access to multinational corporations and their relocating or traveling employees.  With a network of branches in over 100 countries, Citi's international banking program offerings are unparalleled.

Heather has ben an active participant with Worldwide ERC and its regional relocation councils for several years.  Currently, she serves on the 2010 BAPRM Board of Directors as Communications Director and volunteers with SCRC.

Her relocation career began in the early 90's and spans the furniture industry, corporate housing, lending and mobility management arenas.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida and a native Floridian, she relocated to Southern California in September of 2004.  She resides in Orange County with her husband, Gavan, and her Boston Terriers, Mimi and Maggie.

Mark Botten is a Director of Pet Express Animal Transport, where he and his team enjoy safely transporting thousands of family pets all over the world every year. Mark became involved in pet transport in Australia in 1994 and relocated to the bay area in 2005 to manage the company’s expansion throughout the USA.  As an international transferee himself, Mark understands many of the challenges faced by transferees and employers.  Mark is actively involved in various expat communities and is a member the British American Business Council, the German American Business Association and is a former Director of the Australian-American Chamber of Commerce.
Mark has been a member of BAPRM since 2007 and joined the Board in 2009.  Mark is also a committee member of the Portland Relocation Council, and is a member of the Pacific Northwest Relocation Council, Southern California Relocation Council, Rocky Mountain Relocation Council and Greater Pittsburgh Relocation Council.  Mark is also a member of ERC, IAM, the Western International Personnel Association (WIPA), the California Moving & Storage Association, the International Pet & Animal Transport Association (IPATA) and the Animal Transport Association.
When not playing with customers' dogs and cats, Mark's interests include his Tarantula “Morticia”, his lizard “Uncle Fester”, playing guitar, singing badly, and weekend trips on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Jodi Lindemann is a Global Director for Cartus in Walnut Creek, CA. She began her career in the relocation industry 10 years ago and has worked in several different roles in operations, business development and account management at both a 3rd party relocation company as well as a destination services and corporate housing company. Jodi graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. She has been an active member of BAPRM for 4+ years and a past member of ERC and PNWRC. In June 2005, she earned her Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) Certification.

A native of St.Louis, a graduate of SMU in Dallas, and a former 10 year resident of Seattle- David's previous positions include Group Sales Manager at the W San Francisco and various Sales roles in the Wine and Spirits industry in Napa, Sonoma, and Woodinville, Washington.
 
David resides in Oakland with his partner and their two daughters: Reilly (9) and Kate (5).

Vice President, Fran is responsible many facets of The Pasha’s Group’s moving services to  corporate, Department of Defense and civilian government customers working with her teams at Pasha’s move management and freight forwarding offices in Reno and Seattle, as well as full service facilities in Japan and Italy as well as agents worldwide.
 
A 31-year industry veteran, Fran began her career in import operations for an international moving company with facilities in 20 countries. Her experience led to senior management roles at subsequent companies, focusing on quality assurance, competitive procurement, innovative customer service solutions and effective use of technology solutions.  
A native New Yorker, Fran has also lived in Southern California, Denver, Colorado and
As Washington, DC and traveled extensively for work and pleasure. In 2009, she relocated to Pasha’s headquarters in California.

Vicki recently joined BAPRM.  She is currently the Global Mobility Manager at Agilent Technologies.   Agilent was spun off from Hewlett Packard in 1999 and has become the world’s premier measurement company.  Agilent is headquartered in Santa Clara, California and employs 16,000 employees globally serving customers in 110 countries.  Agilent employees work in close collaboration with engineers, scientists, and researchers around the globe to meet communications, electronics, life sciences, and chemical analysis challenges.   Agilent recently acquired Varian to become an even stronger resource and partner to its customers.  Agilent operates two primary businesses -- electronic and bio-analytical measurement -- supported by Agilent Research Laboratories, its central research group.

 In her role as Global Mobility Manager Vicki leads a highly outsourced team responsible for Relocation, Immigration and Expat Tax programs globally at Agilent.  Vicki and her team partner closely with Agilent HR, managers and employees as well as a diverse team of service providers to ensure Agilent has competitive, efficient and compliant mobility programs and practices. 

 Vicki has held various roles in HR since joining Agilent (formerly HP) over 18 years ago.  Vicki was a Senior Consultant with Peterson Consulting prior to joining HP.  She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Beloit College with a BS in Psychology and Biochemistry.  Vicki loves living in the Portland, Oregon area with her family.
