Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP (BAL), a leader in the provision of worldwide visa and immigration services, seeks highly motivated individuals to work in our U.S. offices located in Atlanta, Georgia and San Francisco, California.  (We have multiple openings for Global Migration Advisors.)  You will work with a dynamic legal team in obtaining work permits for corporate clients sending employees to over 120 countries. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients regarding business visas and work permits for countries around the world and assisting attorneys and immigration managers in the preparation, filing and tracking of applications.

Qualified candidates will have from one to five years of global immigration experience, must possess excellent writing skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task.  Also must be able to work within strict time lines, have excellent customer service skills, and a high attention to detail.  Bachelor’s degree required.

The Right Move Group is a relocation company based in San Francisco that provides destination counseling and area orientation tours in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are looking for a Senior Destination Counselor to join our dynamic team.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Destination counseling and scheduling

  • Act as a liaison with our corporate clients, client service managers, relocation contractors, and network Realtors
  • Pro-actively problem solve and manage many personalities at once
  • Research and assist on special projects per client’s request
  • Remain current on many aspects of the San Francisco Bay Area

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have an active California Real Estate License.  Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) certification a plus.
  • 3-5 years job experience in the relocation industry
  • Solid understanding of residential neighborhoods in The San Francisco Bay Area including a general knowledge of the Bay Area transit and school systems
  • Customer service focus
  • Very detail oriented
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • PC proficient with a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel Microsoft Access, and Outlook
  • Strong work ethic & a good sense of humor
  • Salary based on experience
