William Taylor is a US Immigration attorney and Head of Global Mobility at Adobe.  William has deep expertise in US and global immigration, relocation, assignment management, and organizational development.   He leads a high-performing team of Global Mobility professionals and has developed policies that position the Adobe Global Mobility program as a key differentiator in attracting, growing and retaining top talent in all regions. William is Vice-President of the Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM) organization and a frequent speaker at BAMM meetings and conferences.  He has presented at the American Immigration Lawyers Association annual conference, Worldwide ERC conferences, and at national and international global mobility conferences.

Rajiv Thadani is an engagement lead for a variety of client’s global mobility tax programs in the Bay Area for KPMG.  He is responsible for managing the delivery of global tax consulting and compliance service for cross border employees of multinational corporations.

With over twenty years of experience providing a vast array of international tax and human resources services, Rajiv provides tax compliance and advisory services to companies with internationally mobile employees with a focus on individual income tax consulting and compliance.  Rajiv has also advised numerous clients on payroll tax compliance, assignment policy issues, and other related human resource advisory projects.

Rajiv also specializes in addressing short term assignment issues for cross border employees.  Rajiv has also worked with various companies on business traveler compliance issues on a global basis.

Prior to relocating to the U.S., Rajiv has worked in Belgium, United Kingdom and India and is intimately familiar with the tax and HR challenges that accompany the cross border moves.

Deborah B. Davy manages the Global Immigration Practice Group, specializing in global visas and corporate compliance at Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP in San Francisco, California. She has been engaged in the practice of Immigration and Nationality Law since 1997. 

Ms. Davy is skilled at managing high-volume international personnel transfers, both for short-term and long-term assignments, for large multinational companies in a wide range of industries, including information technology, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, financial services, oil and gas, and sports and entertainment. She specializes in assisting global corporations in designing, developing, and implementing successful international visa programs. Ms. Davy has established strong working relationships with premier service providers worldwide and has extensive knowledge of the rules and procedures associated with the global visa and work permit acquisition. 

Prior to joining Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, Ms. Davy developed and managed the global immigration practice for a major international law firm. She received her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 1997. Ms. Davy was Law Review Editor-in-Chief of the San Diego Justice Journal. She competed in the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Ms. Davy is a member of the State Bar of California, American Immigration Lawyers Association, International Bar Association, Worldwide ERC, Bay Area Professionals in Relocation Management. She was awarded the International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers from 2014 to present and was on the Worldwide ERC Advisory Committee from 2011 to 2012. Ms. Davy is a frequent speaker on global visa practice issues. 

Helen Maracle started in the relocation industry as an agency owner in Moving & Storage.  During that time she served on the board of the California Moving & Storage Association and was an integral part in raising $200K+ in monies donated to their scholarship fund.  In 2005, Helen made the transition to Corporate Sales which is when she became active with the western region ERC groups.  She joined the board of the Southern California Relocation Council in 2008 and 4 years later stepped into the President role.  In the last 6 years, with the help and support of the entire SCRC board, Helen was essential in introducing new and innovative technology platforms dealing with communications, membership management, finance and social media.  Networking as well as connecting relocation and global mobility professionals is a true passion for Helen as well as giving back to our industry with her time and dedication.

Ciela Lewis has been with Citi for 11 years and in the Relocation Industry for 14 years.  Ciela is responsible for the Retail Loan Officer program management of Citi’s Corporate Home Lending Programs.  She serves as current President of BAMM (Bay Area Mobility Management), and is Past President and an active Board Member of SCRC (Southern California Relocation Council).
